QAP has extensive experience with assembly both as a secondary operation to

the molding and as a complete kitting of customer-made products.  We have

designed and fabricated custom assembly fixtures replete with mistake-proofing

through sensors and PLC controls.  The poka-yoke philosophy inundates all of the

workstation layout design in our facility.
